If you book a consultation, the booking service records the name, email address and details you enter so the appointment can be scheduled and confirmed. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored by our email provider so we can send you the mailings you asked for; you can unsubscribe from any message. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Website analytics and session recording

This website uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records anonymised information about page visits, clicks, scrolling and general navigation, and may create a replay of a browsing session so we can see where pages are confusing or broken. This is used solely to improve the website.

Clarity masks the contents of form fields by default, so anything you type into a booking form or newsletter box is not captured in a recording. Scope: at this time, our text messaging service is limited to Canadian phone numbers. If this changes to include U.S. numbers, we will update this policy accordingly and complete all required carrier registration (10DLC) before doing so.
